Don Meij
Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director

Don commenced his career as a delivery driver for Silvio’s Dial-a-Pizza in 1987 and became a store manager in 1989. Don became Director of National Operations between 1991 and 1993 for Silvio’s Dial-a-Pizza. In 1993, when Silvio’s Dial a-Pizza acquired Domino’s in Australia, Don became General Manager of Domino’s Pizza. In 1996 Don became a Franchisee and built a network of 17 stores, before vending his stores into Domino’s Pizza in 2001. Don became Chief Operating Officer of Domino’s Pizza in 2001 and Chief Executive Officer in 2002.

Don has won a number of international Domino’s awards, notably, 1996 International Manager of the Year and in 2004 the Chairman’s Award, for Outstanding Leadership in Domino’s Pizza in the worldwide network. Don’s Industry Awards also include the 2002 Qld Retail Franchise Qld Australian Institute of Management (AIM) Professional Manager of the Year 2004, and The Ernst & Young Australian Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004.

Chris O'Dwyer
National Franchise Operations Manager

Chris joined Domino's in early 2008 as the Victorian Franchise Operations Market Manager before being promoted to the role of National Franchise Operations Manager in September 2008 where he is in charge of Franchise Operations, providing support to Franchisees across the Domino's network. Prior to joining Domino's Chris held various roles in the hospitality and gaming industry including 19 years working for Australian Leisure and Hospitality (ALH), where he was in charge of the operations, development and redevelopment of numerous hotels.

Pat McMichael
Australia/New Zealand Franchise Development Manager

In February 2009, Pat McMichael took on the new role of Australia/New Zealand Franchise Development Manager for Domino’s, where he is responsible for the continued development of new franchisees in Australia and New Zealand in both new and existing stores. Since joining Domino's in 1990, Pat has held a variety of roles across the business including; Store Manager, Area Manager, Franchise Consultant, National Property Manager, Multi Unit Franchisee, Market Manager, New Concept Development Manager and International Business Consultant (Domino's Pizza International).

Allan Collins
Chief Marketing Officer

Allan joined Domino's as Chief Marketing Officer in 2006, and has 15 years of experience in consumer and retail marketing. Prior to joining the Domino's Pizza team, Allan has held previous positions as Director of Marketing for Red Bull Australia and Marketing Manager for Diageo responsible for the Johnnie Walker Scotch Whiskey portfolio and Stolichnaya vodka. Allan holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from the Edith Cowan University in Western Australia where he graduated with distinction.

Kerri Hayman
National Corporate Operations Manager

On May 19, 2009, Domino’s National Corporate Operations Manger Kerri Hayman celebrated her 21 year anniversary with Domino’s – her rise through the ranks a testament of her dedication to the Australian owned and operated Company. Kerri is the most awarded Domino’s employee and was also the first female member of the Domino’s Leadership Team due to her strong leadership and management skills, innovation, drive and enthusiasm.

Andy Masood
Chief Development Officer

Andy Masood is Domino’s Chief Development Officer, responsible for heading the Company’s development, growth and expansion. His role involves managing new concepts from a micro level to ensuring development projects progress efficiently, controlling new store design specifications, remodelling old stores, opening new stores and exploring opportunities to expand Domino’s 2Go. When offered the opportunity to head Domino’s growth Andy jumped at the chance, with a strong growth strategy and implementation plan in place Domino’s quickly launched an aggressive expansion across Australia and the then new market of New Zealand. Nine years of strong growth means Domino’s now dominates as market leader in the pizza category, with the largest number of stores in Australia and New Zealand. Andy has been with Dominos for 19 years.

Barry Wiech
Chief Information Officer

In January 2006, Barry Wiech joined Domino’s as Chief Information Officer. Barry is responsible for overseeing strategic and operational aspects of Domino's Technology and ensuring appropriate technologies are employed in the Domino's environment to bring efficiencies and new ways to engage the Company’s customers. Holding an Advanced Diploma of Business, Barry boasts more than 18 years experience in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry.

John Harney
General Manager Supply Chain

John Harney began working at Domino’s in November 2004 as purchasing manager before being promoted to the General Manager Supply Chain in February 2007, where he is responsible for the delivery of all elements of Domino’s Australia and New Zealand’s supply chain. He has over 19 years experience in purchasing and supply after initially choosing the career path for the thrill of a good negotiation. In reality he really enjoys making a business perform, believing a company can only perform well if they have the right materials, at the right time and price.

Peter Jones
State Operations Manager VIC/SA/Sydney

Since joining Domino’s in 2001, Peter Jones has held a variety of roles before being promoted to his current role of Corporate State Operations Manager (VIC/SA/Sydney) in September 2008, where he is responsible for the development of Domino's as a major pizza player. His role involves being hands on with the training and development of his staff, driving profit and sales increases and ensuring customer satisfaction at the 39 stores he manages. Peter was head hunted by Domino’s from his previous role at Tricon, where he spent seven years, and since joining the Company he has proved a major asset with his more than 15 years experience in the quick service industry.

Craig Ryan
General Council and Company Secretary

Craig Ryan joined Domino’s in August 2006 as General Counsel and Company Secretary, where he is responsible for the Legal Department, company secretarial and Industrial Relations functions of the company. His role entails drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, supervising store transactions, dealing with ASX-related issues, assisting the Board with administrative issues and supervising the production of the Annual Report. In addition, he is also Head of Domino’s Green Team and a Partners Foundation trustee.

Richard Coney
Group Chief Financial Officer

Richard Coney is Domino’s Group Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the Company's financial accounting, planning and reporting, treasury, tax, internal audit, legal/company secretarial and has overall responsibility for information technology. During his 15 years with Domino’s, Richard has played an integral role in the IPO (Initial Public Stock Offering) and European acquisitions when the Company purchased Domino’s France, Belgium, The Netherlands and the Principality of Monaco, his proudest achievements at Domino’s to date. He holds a Bachelor of Management Studies and is a Chartered Accountant for the Institute of Chartered Accountants New Zealand with over 23 year’s experience.

Lynn Carruthers
Financial Controller

Lynn Carruthers is Domino’s Financial Controller, responsible for managing Domino’s Finance, Payroll and Administrative teams and keeping the departments constantly developing and improving. A qualified accountant she holds a Fellowship with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (London) with more than 29 year’s industry experience working across a variety of industries, including construction, design and retail.
